At Al-Mustawda Company, we strive to provide a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can benefit from our return or exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:
The device must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
Products offered as gifts are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
The return and exchange period is 3 days from the invoice date, subject to the above conditions.

The agent will be contacted to send a technician to submit a report, and the customer will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the report.
For faster service, you can contact the agent directly using the purchase invoice.
If the customer wishes to return the product within the specified period (3 days), a 2% loading and unloading fee will be charged, with a minimum of SAR 100.
If the customer does not receive the goods within 15 days of the invoice date, the company has the right to cancel the sales order, and the amount will be considered a credit to the customer.
The customer has no right to exchange, return, or refuse delivery of the product if the product model approved by the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization has expired.
The warranty is the agent’s warranty, not Exidra’s, and does not cover misuse by the customer.
In the event of a refund paid by credit card, the customer must contact the bank. Exidra is not responsible for the refund period to the customer’s account.
Amendment and Cancellation Policy First: Cancellation within one hour of the order (before approval)
An administrative and banking fee of SAR 20 will be deducted from all canceled orders.
Orders paid via Tamara or Tabby will be subject to an additional fee of 2.7% of the order value.
Additional fees may be applied when modifying product quantities if this results in a refund.
Tamara and Tabby orders cannot be modified after payment confirmation.
Redbox orders cannot be modified or canceled, as the policy number is issued immediately to the customer.
We do not guarantee that orders can be modified after they are completed, and they will be approved based on availability.
Second: Cancellations within one hour of ordering
A shipping fee of 27 riyals will be deducted, in addition to a 27 riyal return shipping fee to the warehouse.
If a shipment paid for via Tamara or Tabby is refused, the following will be deducted:
A 20 riyal administrative fee + a 2.7% service fee.
If the shipment is not received for any customer-related reason (such as incorrect address, incorrect mobile number, non-response, etc.):
A 25 riyal shipping fee + a 25 riyal return shipping fee will be deducted.
If the shipping costs are covered by the store (through offers or discount codes), the customer bears these costs in the event of cancellation or return.
If you wish to reship the order after it has returned to the warehouse, a new 25 riyal shipping fee will be charged.
Third: Special Cases
The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount without prior notice if the product is unavailable.
The store has the right to delete a product from the order and ship the remaining amount, refunding the value of the deleted product without prior notice.
